2026 Base Rates (taxes not included)
Pricing varies by season and day of the week. Weekdays are typically less expensive, while weekends—especially those with scheduled activities or events—are priced higher. Rates include access to all amenities and activities for up to six guests.  For an exact quote please click on "Book Now" and select your site type and date, it will give you an exact price.

Reservation, Stay, and Cancellation Policies (2026)
Season dates: April 7 – October 26, 2026

Minimum Stay Requirements

Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day (May 22-25), Fourth of July (July 3-6), Labor Day (Sept 4-7)): 3-night minimum

Select busy summer weekends: 2-night minimum

Cabins: 2-night minimum on all weekends

Special Event Weekends (2-night minimum)

  • Christmas in July: July 10–11, July 17–18, July 24–25, July 31–August 1

  • Halloween Weekends: October 2–3, October 9–10, October 16–17

  • Event weekend rates include all scheduled event activities.

 

Occupancy & Vehicles

Maximum occupancy:

  • 6 people per site

  • $5 per additional person beyond 6 occupants

  • Exceptions may be made for large families (please call)

 

Gate Access

We use an automated license plate recognition system.

  • Each reservation includes gate access for up to 2 vehicles and 1 camping unit (RV or trailer)

  • Additional vehicles: $5 per vehicle. Extra vehicles must park at the site (if space allows) or in overflow parking.

 

Discounts

Discounts are available for:

  • Military

  • Seniors

  • Returning guests

  • The Dyrt

  • Harvest Hosts

  • Escapees

  • Discounts may not apply to all dates or event weekends.​

Cancellation Policies

Important Note on Holiday & Event Dates

Reservations that include Memorial Day (May 22–25), Fourth of July (July 3–6), Labor Day (Sept 4–7), Christmas in July, or Halloween event weekends follow the Holiday/Event Cancellation Policy, regardless of site type.

 

RV & Tent Sites – Individual Reservations (not falling on holiday or event dates)

(1–2 sites under one name)

  • To cancel, call 402-728-5558 (Please leave a message if unanswered; we will return your call.)

  • 7 or more days before arrival: Full refund minus $18 cancellation fee per site

  • 6 days before arrival through 2:00 PM (CST) the day before arrival: 50% refund

  • After 2:00 PM (CST) the day before arrival: No refund

  • No-show: If no contact is made by 2:00 PM (CST) the day after arrival, the reservation is forfeited.

  • All refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original form of payment only.

RV & Tent Sites – Holiday/Event Dates & Group Reservations

(3 or more sites under one name OR any holiday/event weekend)

  • To cancel, call 402-728-55587 or more days before arrival: Full refund minus $18 cancellation fee per site

  • No-show: If no contact is made by 2:00 PM (CST) the day after arrival, the reservation is forfeited.

  • All refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original form of payment only.

 

Cabin Cancellation Policy

  • 7 or more days before arrival:Deposit refunded minus $18 cancellation fee per cabin

  • Cancellations must be made by phone by close of business, 7 days prior to arrival

  • No-show: If no contact is made by 2:00 PM (CST) the day after arrival, the reservation is forfeited.

  • All refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original form of payment only.

 

Third-Party Reservations

Reservations made through third-party platforms (including The Dyrt, Hipcamp, and Spot2Nite) are governed by the third party’s cancellation policy, which supersedes Double Nickel Campground policies.
